.EU domain name being used issue

  • FathomFathom January 19
The last couple of days, upon logging into our account, some users have been redirected to xxxxx.wufoo.eu instead of xxxx.wufoo.com and all forms appear to work using .eu instead of .com but of course, this is highly undesirable. Anyone else having this issue? I'm fairly sure it's nothing on our end but I'm still troubleshooting the issue. It's not happening to all users either.
  • Hi there, it's based on location. You can set up the forms/links to use .com however, even if you're logged in to the .eu site.

    Hi Andrew,
can you change the embed code to use one specific domain or the other?
The embed javascript is called from the .com domain - is that the trigger?
  • I don't think you can change it for the embed code. If you are using a direct link, though, you can use a wufoo.eu url.
